I am here to help. It is my job as the buyer’s agent to help you find your new home or land. Then I negotiate the best price for you. And once you're under contract, I will start to chip away at a long checklist of tasks that need to be taken care of to successfully close escrow. I keep things moving, I organize all paperwork and get it where it needs to go, I coordinate the inspectors, I keep everyone informed and keep the documents flowing.
And it's my job to keep the escrow process civil -- and civilized. The seller may not want to do repairs or to bring the price down to reflect a low appraisal or to move out in time to permit a thorough final walk-through. I keep the transaction in motion when it seems always to want to grind to a halt. I plug away behind the scenes, day after day, to make your purchase happen.

Seller's Agent/Listings

As the listing Agent I do everything possible to find a buyer for your property. Your property will be listed with the MLS. I will advertise and hold open houses, I can offer staging services. I always respond to any inquiries and will be there for you seven days a week. day and night.
